A Different Approach to Healing
My name is Amy Wilson, and I’m an Introspective Breathwork® Practitioner, Master Sound Healer, and certified Neuroscience Coach. I guide individuals through trauma-informed breathwork and sound healing experiences that support the nervous system and help the body safely process what it’s been holding onto.
