About Me

Hi, my name is Amy Wilson, and I am an Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Facilitator who specializes in breathwork to support healing and achieving one’s fullest potential, breathing out the past, breathing in the future. As well as being certified by One Breath Institute, I am certified by Life Changing Energy for Sound Healing using Quartz Crystal singing bowls.

I practiced breathwork for a year myself before starting the certification process. I have received extensive trauma-informed training in a two-year practitioner program. I understand the potential impact of trauma on each of my clients. Breathwork can be used as a therapeutic process, releasing what no longer serves us. Breathwork has been an essential part of my own healing journey, and I am passionate about sharing its benefits with others.

Amy was so calming and created such a peaceful environment. Her openness to share her own experiences made the session feel like a safe space. By the end of my first session, I felt the release of muscle spasms that I had just become used to. Breath work helped me release whatever blockage was causing the muscle tightness. I walked out of the session more relaxed than after an hour long massage! I highly recommend Amy and her Introspective Breath sessions!

I took an intro breathing class with Amy. She made the concept and technique accessible, and did a great job of providing a calm environment. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated by the time we were finished. Seems like a great tool to develop for personal wellness!
